Graffiti Ally
A day of exploring the city took me back to Graffiti Ally in Downtown Ann Arbor. This ally is covered in constantly changing street art and has been the site of eccentric music videos and photo shoots. The ally can be accessed either from 380 E. Liberty St. or along the entrance of the Republic parking garage on E. Washington St.

Free Souvenir: Come at the right time and a street artist may offer to paint your name on the wall. “Victoria” is painted on the top right corner.
University of Michigan Museum of Natural History
Despite our short stay, we made a walk to the University of Michigan Natural History Museum. The museum houses galleries of minerals and exhibits displaying evolution of life on Earth and Earth science. Check out the gift shop for plush toys of ancient microbes, post cards of the mammoths that tower over visitors in the main entrance and tickets to the planetarium shows. The museum is located on 1105 N University Ave and is free to the public with donations appreciated.
